Matis Warfield, Inc. is a consulting engineering firm specializing in the planning and design of commercial, institutional, industrial and residential land development projects. Our clients are predominantly from the private development industry.  Although we provide services throughout Maryland, our work is primarily focused on land development projects located in the Baltimore Metropolitan area.
